With the option of GKWorld's insurance, we will take responsibility if your order is lost in the mail or damaged during shipment. This insurance is not by UPS or USPS, but offered by GKWorld to avoid the hassle of putting a claim through these mailing services which sometimes may take 1-2 months. The insurance on items lost or mis-routed covers: If an order is lost during shipping and the tracking number cannot verify the order was delivered, we will take the responsibility to re-send the order at our expense. The insurance on items damaged or broken during shipping covers: If an order is damaged or broken during shipment, we will send you information to send the order back by USPS mail. When we receive the return, we will reimburse you the shipping cost you paid to send the order back. We will then re-send the item to you at our expense. Orders being returned must be returned within 14 days of when they were received according to the tracking number. Orders received after this time will be returned to the sender.
