Pilates Plus Power offers more than the traditional core abdominal muscle workout. In this full-body workout, you'll start with one-on-one pilates training in a beautiful setting; to learning the proper techniques. Next, you'll sculpt your body in a group class that combines pilates and toning exercises using weights. Jodi Brenna has created this workout to be customized to you - to your own fitness level. You can make this a harder workout by adding arm or hand weights -or not- it's up to you. The DVD features two 12-minute beginner to advanced segments of individual instruction and a 45-minute group class.
